- AP US History is a challenging course designed to be the equivalent of a freshmen college survey course in United States History. This course provides students with an in-depth study of the United States history from Pre-Columbian societies through the modern day.

- This class will examine some aspects of genetics and evolution. Passing the Living Environment and Earth Science regents examinations with a minimum 80% score is recommended before enrolling in this class. Only students having grade 11 or 12 class standing may take this class.

Spanish IV students will explore the Spanish language and culture at an advanced level. Students will use Spanish in fun and creative ways. We will study topics to include Spanish History, Spanish-Speaking Countries, Spanish Art, Spanish Poetry and Litterature, Spanish Music, Spanish Films, Bullfighting, Sports, Cooking, and more! Students must have passed the Regent's exam prior to taking this course.
Introduction to Marketing and Sales will introduce you to the important part that marketing plays in our economic system. You will have the opportunity to explore past and current trends and innovations influencing the marketing system and speculate on future trends related to your career goals.

Graphic Communications/Desktop Publishing is an introduction to an exciting and valuable business world-related skill which is also a useful tool for students who plan to pursue a college degree.The course will cover business and college related applications of graphic communications utilizing desktop publishing software.Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint, and Macromedia Flash software will be used to develop skills for creating professional level graphic communications.Such skills can be utilized in preparation of high school and college level presentations and in the business world in the area of marketing, sales, and advertising.This skill is currently in high demand by employers in all areas of the business world.Students should have a basic understanding of computer technology and software applications (word processing), although it is not required.
